• Contribute to the development of Finmatics alongside Product Management and Engineering, aiming to make it a preferred product for accountants
• Conduct regular user research through interviews, feedback, and data analysis to gain a deep understanding of our users
• Design user-centric UX solutions with clear information architecture, systematically reducing potential usability obstacles
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, iteratively validating them with internal and external users
• Analyze UX KPIs (e.g. NPS, Surveys) and derive concrete optimizations from them
• Present concepts cross-functionally and convince relevant stakeholders
• Actively contribute to reducing churn and increasing user satisfaction (pNPS)
• Extensive experience in UX design for SaaS (B2B)
• Familiarity with the dynamics of start-ups and comfortable in environments with little predefined structure
• Experience in independently establishing UX processes and structures from scratch
• Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable with hands-on work
• Demonstrated career progression with a steep learning curve
• Ability to collaborate closely and confidently with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders
• Clear communication skills in German and/or English
• Proficiency in Figma and an agile mindset
