Staff UX Software Engineer

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of software engineering experience.

• Proficiency in React, including hooks, context, and modern patterns.

• Hands-on experience with state management libraries and data-fetching strategies.

• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and CSS-in-JS or utility-first frameworks.

• Ability to implement accessibility standards and responsive design.

• Excellent UI/UX skills with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with design tools, real-time frameworks, and data visualization libraries.

• Experience gathering feedback from customers to enhance applications.

• Interest in learning new technologies like Clojurescript, Reagent, and Reframe.

• **Preferred Qualifications:**

• Prior experience with Clojurescript, Reagent, and Reframe.

• Experience in restaurant technology, hospitality, or SaaS products.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
