🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

• 8+ years of advanced UX design experience

• Expert proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)

• Proven track record leading complex design projects

• Strong user research and testing methodologies

• Exceptional interface design and visualization skills

• Demonstrated leadership in design team management

• Experience in AI-driven platform design (preferred)

• Background in emerging technology interfaces (preferred)

• Published design research or thought leadership (preferred)

• Advanced certifications in UX design (preferred)
