•We are seeking a collaborative, strategic, and user-centered designer to spearhead workshops, develop digital experiences, and foster innovation through Design Thinking.
•As a Fractional UI/UX Designer, you will steer product strategy, collaborate with clients, and champion a design-centric environment—serving as both a facilitator and a creative ally in delivering data-informed solutions.
•Organize and lead interactive Design Thinking workshops—covering empathy mapping, brainstorming, journey mapping, and prototyping.
•Generate personas, user journeys, and service blueprints grounded in user insights and stakeholder feedback.
•Conduct collaborative sessions with clients to identify opportunities, define challenges, and agree on user-focused solutions.
•Translate findings into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
•Outline user stories, interaction models, and essential flows to facilitate product development.
•Provide clear, actionable recommendations and visual summaries post-workshop.
•Promote and educate teams—both internal and external—on human-centered design principles.
•Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient implementation.
•Minimum 3 to 5 years of UX/UI design experience, encompassing mobile, web, and responsive product design.
•Proven track record in organizing, leading, and delivering Design Thinking workshops.
•Impressive portfolio demonstrating design outputs and workshop results.
•Proficient in tools like Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, InVision, or equivalent platforms.
•Comfortable leading client-facing engagements, pitching concepts, and steering strategic discussions.
•Thorough understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design frameworks.
•Ability to tailor design strategies to meet business objectives, timelines, and limitations.
