UI/UX Designer

📋 Description

• We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our market-leading, fast-growing, event ticketing technology company.

• As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences that align with both our business objectives and user needs.

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to research, conceptualize, prototype, and refine products that enhance user satisfaction and engagement, contributing to Automatiq’s mission of delivering cutting-edge solutions that power intelligent ticket pricing and distribution, at scale.

• Reporting to the VP, Product, this role requires the ability to understand user needs and advocate for them, the skills to present ideas and articulate design decisions and the desire to collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Industrial Design, Interactive Media, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

• Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and user analytics tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders.

• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote first environment
