📋 Description

• Develop scalable UI patterns and templates for multiple clients

• Simplify complex processes into user-friendly, step-by-step experiences

• Work closely with Product and Platform teams to enhance a unified design system

• Collaborate with Delivery Leads and Engineers to implement customized designs

• Ensure a balance between information density and usability through strategic design hierarchy

• Create UX specifications and UI handoffs based on modern frontend development practices

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in designing business-focused, authenticated Web applications

• Expertise in data grids, tables, sorting/filtering, and data visualization

• Experience in workflow and multi-step process design

• Strong proficiency in Figma and creating structured design handoffs

• Ability to design responsive interfaces and reusable component systems

• Familiarity with human-in-the-loop and AI-assisted workflows
