• Develop user-friendly interfaces to enhance Gensyn’s compute protocol, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to create seamless experiences for researchers, compute providers, and developers.
• Conduct user research to gain insights and shape user journeys.
• Create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma with component-driven specifications.
• Perform usability testing and iterate rapidly based on feedback.
• Ensure design fidelity and feasibility by collaborating with engineers.
• Own and enhance Gensyn’s design system and interaction patterns.
• Design web3-specific workflows such as wallet connection, approvals, signing, and deposits.
• Advocate for accessibility, clarity, and consistency across all touchpoints.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX or product design with a focus on shipping production web applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes.
• Profound knowledge of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, autonomous environments.
• Hands-on experience with Web3 products is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics-driven iteration and experimentation is preferred.
• Understanding of frontend implementation (HTML/CSS/JS) is preferred.
• Experience in building or maintaining design systems across multiple product surfaces is preferred.
• Interest in distributed systems, ML infrastructure, or cryptography is a bonus.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding and prototyping tools is a nice-to-have.
