• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years experience in UI/UX design, particularly for complex software applications

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Miro, and Lucid

• Skilled in wireframing and creating detailed user flows

• Knowledge of information architecture and inclusive design principles

• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities

• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and modern CSS frameworks

• Ability to transform designs into production-ready CSS code
