• We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to enhance our digital products with clarity, polish, and compelling storytelling.
• This role primarily focuses on UI design, including creating interfaces, refining design systems, and producing visuals that convey safety, trust, and innovation elegantly.
• If you can also incorporate elements of UX thinking to enhance flows and usability, that would be a valuable addition.
• This is a part-time contract position where we will collaborate with you on a project-by-project basis.
• While the hours are flexible, we aim to establish a trusted partnership where you can contribute regularly as new projects and initiatives emerge.
• A robust portfolio showcasing strong UI-first design skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (preferably Figma).
• Knowledge of design systems and industry best practices for creating scalable, consistent visuals.
• Exposure to UX principles such as wireframing, prototyping, or usability insights.
• Ability to work independently on a remote, freelance basis, managing your workload and meeting deliverables.
• Bonus: Previous experience in designing for healthcare, Agetech, or emerging technology sectors.
