• Proficient in creating high-fidelity user interfaces that align with established design principles, brand guidelines, and platform-specific (iOS, Web) standards.

• Customize user experiences for native iOS applications and responsive web platforms, ensuring consistency and optimal performance across various devices utilized in a manufacturing environment (e.g., tablets on the factory floor, desktop PCs in offices).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, subject matter experts, and fellow designers to transform intricate manufacturing requirements into elegant and user-friendly design solutions.
• Embrace an iterative design approach, continuously seeking feedback, analyzing data, and refining designs.
• Demonstrated 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in a digital product setting.
• Expertise in Figma for prototyping and high-fidelity UI design.
• Impressive portfolio displaying design projects on iOS and Web platforms.
• Sound understanding of user-centric design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on both broad concepts and specific, tactical features.
• Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
