UI/UX Designer

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive user experiences for mobile and web applications, covering the entire design process from inception to execution

• Transform business objectives and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and refined UI designs

• Conduct in-depth user research, interviews, and usability tests to guide design choices

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and alignment

• Contribute to and uphold our design system to guarantee uniformity and scalability

• Refine designs based on feedback, testing outcomes, and evolving product needs

• Advocate for accessibility, responsive design, and user-centric principles across all platforms

• Design for various user groups, including riders, drivers, and internal teams on web and mobile interfaces

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as User Experience or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)

• Minimum 4 years of UX/UI or product design experience, preferably in tech or start-up environments

• Showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating user-focused design on mobile and web interfaces (Portfolio link required)

• Proficient in Figma for design prototyping and collaboration

• Familiarity with other design and prototyping tools like Adobe XD or Sketch

• Experience working in cross-functional product teams using agile methodologies

• Thorough understanding of design principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially in remote work settings

• Nice to have: Experience in designing for transportation, marketplace, or mobile-first platforms

• Nice to have: Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices

• Nice to have: Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS/React)

• Nice to have: Skills in motion design or animation
