• Design intuitive and user-centric interfaces for WinAir’s aviation management software, focusing on mobile and desktop web applications.
• Transform complex aviation workflows into elegant, accessible, and visually cohesive solutions.

• Hands-on experience in user interface and user experience design is essential.
• Report directly to the Director of Software Development and perform additional duties as needed.
• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Have 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software, with a focus on project leadership.
• Showcase a proven portfolio of design projects across mobile and web platforms.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Proficient in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
• Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to incorporate user research and analytics into design improvements.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts such as HTML/CSS, responsive design, and basic JavaScript.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on creating clean, cohesive, and consistent user interfaces.
• Proactively solve problems by translating complex requirements into intuitive design solutions.
• Committed to inclusive design and accessibility standards.
• Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on UI/UX trends.
• Strong collaboration skills to contribute to cross-functional product discussions.
