• We are in search of a freelance UI/UX designer to craft a sleek and user-friendly design for our client portal.
• This project holds significant importance as it is linked to a crucial company milestone, and your design will serve as a guiding light for our development team as they construct the front-end utilizing Jetadmin (jetadmin.io).
• Project Objective: Our aim is to establish a client portal that aids in participant recruitment for clinical trials.
• The objective is to provide a seamless self-service experience for both clients and internal teams, streamline manual tasks, improve reporting visibility, and enhance transparency throughout the recruitment process.
• Your contributions will be instrumental in facilitating beta testing and ensuring a smooth user rollout.
• Responsibilities Include:
• Designing the entire front-end interface of our web-based client portal
• Crafting wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for developer handover
• Ensuring user-friendly flows, visual coherence, and uniformity across all screens
• Designing with a focus on reporting functionality to meet the needs of clients and internal users
• Collaborating with our development team to facilitate implementation within Jetadmin
• Providing periodic UI enhancements as new features are introduced post-launch
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of UI/UX experience concentrated on client portals, dashboards, or SaaS platforms (mandatory)
• Showcase a portfolio featuring pertinent and top-notch work (a critical factor in selection)
• Demonstrate confidence in working autonomously and meeting tight deadlines
• Exhibit strong communication skills and effective collaboration with remote teams
• Experience with Jetadmin is considered a bonus
