📋 Description

• Deliver workflows and experiences curated through user research

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of successful projects

• Strong understanding and application of user-centered design principles and best practices

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Influentially lead and guide small teams, process and technology

• Build and maintain trusted relationships across the business

• Strong knowledge of web technologies, platforms, and frameworks

• Ability to proactively lead user research activities and workshops

• Experience with Sketch, InVision, Figma, and knowledgeable of UX/UI standards
