• Responsible for the initial phase of onboarding digital properties for new and existing customers to ensure prompt time to value
• Implement standardized best practices across workspace design, roles and permissions, navigation, dashboards, interactions projects, alerts, and reports
• Create individual workspaces with optimal segmentation, navigation, dashboards, and alerts
• Deliver meaningful, data-driven early insights post-deployment to showcase business value
• Track onboarding tasks through GuideCX, monitoring progress from production deployment to first insight delivery
• Validate events/instrumentation, audit proof-of-concept configurations, and collaborate with Implementation Engineers to address any gaps
• Enhance onboarding content, tools, and processes; contribute to platform experience initiatives and customized vertical audits
• Support large-scale subscription optimization projects and provide analyses to assist Business Consultants
• Serve as a subject matter expert on digital property onboarding, lead training sessions, educate new hires, and empower account teams
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a digital analytics role
• Understanding of various industries and how use cases translate to UI setup
• Proficient in the Quantum Metric platform for building digital properties
• Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex, quantitative datasets
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple onboardings concurrently
• Excellent time management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Highly motivated, proactive with a self-starter mentality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel 5-10%
