User Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to convey design concepts effectively.

• Collaborate with various team members to gather requirements and define design solutions.

• Create responsive and accessible layouts and interactions.

• Maintain design documentation and specifications.

• Iteratively improve designs based on user and stakeholder feedback.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to enhance design decisions.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.

• Have a minimum of 5 years of UX design experience, focusing on enterprise software applications.

• Showcase a strong portfolio highlighting UI design process and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Figma and design tools like Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.

• Experience in designing accessible UIs following WCAG specifications.

• Demonstrate a passion for keeping abreast of UX design trends and technologies.
