• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Miro, and wireframing/prototyping software.
• Experience with various user research techniques and synthesis methods.
• Ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive solutions.
• Track record of enhancing usability through targeted interface adjustments.
• Background in working within dynamic, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field (HCI, Interaction Design, Psychology, etc.).
