• Responsible for developing and executing UX strategies that are in line with business objectives and user requirements.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions.
• Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps to visually represent design concepts.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and transform them into actionable design solutions.
• Collaborate with the development team to offer implementation and style guidance for consistent functionality and maintainability.
• Ensure adherence to design standards, guidelines, and best practices for consistent user experience.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards throughout the development process.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance UX processes continually.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior designers and UX professionals.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience in supporting User Interface development and architecture
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or Axure RP
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Understanding of Salesforce UX concepts, including LWC, re-usable components, and Apex backend components
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in navigating electronic systems, computer programs, and virtual service platforms
