• Become a part of the User Experience and Reporting (UXR) team with a primary focus on the Nokia Design System.
• Utilize exceptional design skills and a user-centric approach to contribute to the team.
• Collaborate with team members to drive innovation, maintain consistency, and ensure scalability.
• Demonstrate outstanding interaction design skills to define, visualize, validate, and communicate design solutions effectively.
• Proficient in using design and prototyping tools like Figma, Miro, and Adobe CC.
• Possess excellent communication skills, strong reasoning abilities, and effective interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience with Design Systems is a plus.
• Strong foundation in user-centered design principles.
• Ability to conduct user research to inform design decisions.
