UX Designer II

📋 Description

• Create innovative solutions for mobile and web applications through design and prototyping

• Collaborate closely with product managers to define product strategies

• Utilize user feedback and data to refine designs and interaction models

• Maintain design consistency and coherence across various Subsplash products

• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring all design aspects are covered

• Assist in developing and maintaining the internal design system/pattern library

• Promote best UX practices to team members and stakeholders

• Develop a strong understanding of Subsplash products and development processes

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in UX design

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Information Design, Visual Design, HCI, or related field

• Proficiency in user-centered design processes to create engaging experiences

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, color, imagery, and more

• Ability to contribute to and maintain design pattern libraries

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Reside in one of the approved states for remote work

• Legal right to work in the U.S. and completion of a basic background check
