📋 Description

• Join a team at TCGplayer, a part of eBay, to enhance UX design for collectible card games.

• Help in building a product ecosystem of connected software and hardware solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, using a user-centered design approach.

• Focus on creating scalable design solutions that meet business objectives and accessibility standards.

• Create user testing prototypes to validate design concepts, iterating based on feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in a dedicated UX design role

• BA/BS degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience designing applications for connecting and managing external devices (e.g., internet-of-things products, printers, scanners, or WiFi routers)

• Experience designing for customer-facing web-based applications

• Experience with system design concepts, including analyzing, mapping, and visualizing complex systems involving hardware integrations.

• Experience using research, user testing, and other quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and problem-solving skills with measurable impact

• Experience working in a multi-team, agile environment using tools like Jira and Confluence
