📋 Description

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to conduct user research, develop design concepts, and craft high-quality prototypes that align with Vista Global’s product vision and design standards.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to transform business and user needs into well-structured UX solutions and detailed design deliverables.

• Formulate UX strategies for internal tools that support cross-departmental operations.

• Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, sitemaps, and storyboards to effectively communicate design concepts.

• Design UI components and patterns that align with Vista Global’s branding and style guidelines.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain insights and validate design choices.

• Define personas, user journeys, and task flows to aid in feature discovery and prioritization.

• Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure the proper implementation of design specifications and accessibility standards.

• Utilize analytics and feedback to improve existing interfaces and enhance usability continuously.

• Promote user-centered design principles within the product organization.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of design systems, patterns, and user experience guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Information Architecture, or equivalent practical experience.

• Professional certification in UX design is a plus.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a UX, UI, or Product Designer, ideally within enterprise or internal tool environments.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee the full design life-cycle - from research and ideation through testing and implementation.

• Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, or Adobe XD.

• Strong grasp of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and design system management.

• Experience in qualitative and quantitative user research and usability testing.

• Familiarity with software development methodologies and close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to effectively explain design decisions to various stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• A user-focused mindset with a passion for enhancing internal workflows and business processes through thoughtful design.
