• We are seeking a proficient UX Designer to craft our software and platforms in line with our customers' requirements.
• Your role will involve enhancing our product's user-friendliness and intuitiveness to engage and retain customers through the fusion of interfaces and workflows for an improved user experience.
• The ideal candidate should possess a blend of analytical and creative skills to understand user needs and tackle challenges effectively.
• A robust portfolio showcasing successful UX and technical projects is highly desired.
• Evaluate product specifications and user expectations
• Conduct concept and usability testing, and collect feedback
• Utilize specific personas based on user research findings
• Develop appropriate interaction models and assess their effectiveness
• Create wireframes and prototypes tailored to customer needs
• Address UX issues like usability and findability with innovative solutions
• Collaborate with UI designers to implement appealing designs
• Engage in discussions about design concepts and prototypes with developers
• Stay abreast of competitor products and industry trends
• 2+ years' experience in UX Design, UI Design, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software and a strong portfolio of design projects
• Thorough understanding of interaction design and information architecture
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS; familiarity with JavaScript is advantageous
• Experience in project management and research is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a business-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant area
