UX Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine digital solutions.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights.

• Focus on accessibility and user-centered design.

• Simplify user flows and balance ease of use with effective handling of complex tasks.

• Evolve and innovate Terra Dotta’s design system to maintain consistency.

• Lead design thinking workshops to identify pain points and opportunities.

• Translate user stories into interactive designs that align with business goals and technical feasibility.

• Create prototypes to test concepts and gather feedback.

• Communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders using visuals and storytelling.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in user experience design, interaction design, or a similar role.

• Strong proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

• Impeccable communication and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of responsive design and web best practices.

• Proven ability to design for SaaS platforms or enterprise applications is a plus.

• Expertise in user-centered design methodologies, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

• Excellent facilitation skills for design thinking workshops and cross-functional discussions.
