• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and visual designers to ensure a smooth and consistent user experience throughout the product development process.
• Advocate for and implement accessibility standards to ensure that digital products are accessible to individuals with disabilities.
• Organize and execute usability testing sessions to validate design ideas and collect user input.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
• Experience in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to showcase user flows and interactions.
• Familiarity with various user research methods, including usability testing, A/B testing, workshops, user interviews, and persona development.
• Knowledge of technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be advantageous.
• Experience with methodologies like Design Thinking or Agile is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Design Systems and technical knowledge related to Design project management is a plus.
