📋 Description

• Designing interfaces for complex enterprise systems, BI dashboards, and digital transformation platforms.

• Creating user experiences for B2B applications, eCommerce, and supply chain management systems.

• Developing effective data visualizations and interactive reports to facilitate decision-making.

• Designing interfaces for AI solutions, considering transparency and feedback loops in algorithms.

• Conducting basic user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to validate design decisions.

• Developing and maintaining scalable design systems that grow with the company.

• Collaborating closely with development teams (React, Node.js, Python, .NET) to ensure technical feasibility.

• Providing UX guidance throughout the development process, from conception to deployment.

• Applying methodologies such as Design Thinking, Design Sprint, impact mapping, and story mapping.

• Designing with accessibility and multiple types of business users in mind.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI, preferably with B2B or enterprise projects.

• Strong knowledge in design and desirable focus on data for dashboard creation.

• Experience designing for eCommerce and transactional platforms.

• Product thinking: ability to understand business metrics, KPIs, and ROI of design.

• Basic knowledge of techniques and ability to communicate effectively with developers.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping tools.

• Experience with design systems and atomic design.

• Intermediate English (oral and written) for interaction with international clients.

• Knowledge in UX for AI/ML (desirable).

• Experience working in agile methodologies and multidisciplinary teams.

• Ability to present and defend design decisions to C-level stakeholders.
