• Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to conduct and analyze user research, identifying user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate findings into actionable design requirements, personas, and user journey maps to guide product decisions. Promote user-centered thinking to ensure solutions meet authentic user needs.
• Create visually appealing and accessible interfaces that reflect the Kooth brand identity and adhere to usability best practices. Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate interaction flows, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with squad objectives and technical feasibility. Present and justify design choices clearly, facilitate workshops, and foster a collaborative, user-centric product development process.
• Develop and refine interactive prototypes to validate design concepts. Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and analyze results to enhance design iterations, focusing on improving usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles
• Previous experience in user research
• Proficient in Figma (mandatory)
• Familiarity with tools like Jira/Shortcut
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within a tech organization or function
