UX Designer

📋 Description

• We are looking for a skilled UX Designer to join our dynamic UX Design team in the Product organization. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in solving intricate design challenges and have a strong passion for crafting intuitive and engaging digital experiences, particularly in the financial services sector.

• Your primary responsibility will involve designing and enhancing user experiences for online loan and account applications. Your efforts will directly influence how users engage with our digital products, streamlining essential financial processes while incorporating moments of delight through thoughtful UI, visual, and interaction design.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Design, prototype, and evaluate user experiences for digital financial products, concentrating on enhancing online loan and bank account applications.
• Create visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces that align with business objectives and user requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and clients to refine design solutions.
• Present design concepts and decisions to internal stakeholders and justify design choices.
• Participate in grooming sessions with development teams to ensure top-notch implementation.
• Utilize design tools to generate storyboards, prototypes, and templates for user testing and demonstrations.
• Assess proposed product changes for compliance with UX standards and propose enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent work experience).

• Capability to work independently on moderately complex issues and contribute to advanced projects.

• Strong decision-making skills and judgment within established procedures and practices.

• Experience in incorporating user feedback and expert knowledge to guide design choices.

• Ability to establish productive relationships and collaborate efficiently across teams.

• Familiarity with design tools and techniques for developing and testing user experiences. (Preferred tools: Figma and Axure)
