UX Designer

📋 Description

• Responsible for designing the UI and refining the UX of key components within PowerSchool's Allovue and talent software platforms.

• Tasked with design projects aligned with quarterly product feature objectives.

• Develop and enhance product designs using Figma.

• Collaborate with design team, product managers, and engineers to address complex challenges and limitations.

• Play a significant role in shaping product design within specified constraints, influencing the final form of requested features.

• Review Pull Requests to ensure design consistency and accuracy prior to merging.

• Enhance and expand the existing design system proactively seek assistance and feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in designing web apps or software.

• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of UX and visual design principles.

• Proficient in collaborating with remote team members across different time zones (Pacific, Central, and Eastern).

• Proficiency in using Figma for design work.

• Experience in creating Figma designs utilizing components extensively.

• Previous involvement in building and expanding design systems, both in general and specifically in Figma.
