UX Designer

📋 Description

• Support and work alongside Lead UX Designer across the full spectrum of UX design process

• Create process flows, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and mockups to effectively communicate high-level design strategies

• Quickly iterate on user flows, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, prototypes, and visual design specifications

• Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into design

• Develop and nurture relationships across teams and disciplines to promote collaboration and efficiency

• Provide feedback and contribute to a central design system

• Stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and technological advancements to drive innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of real-world product design experience

• Passion about continuous learning, actively seeking insights from colleagues

• Clearly articulates design rationale, fostering stakeholder alignment and understanding

• Proven success contributing to impactful features that improve user satisfaction

• Awareness of design lifecycle, from discovery to development

• Creates compelling visual narratives to effectively communicate complex design concepts

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration

• Strong strategic product mindset and understanding of design's role in achieving business goals

• A passionate, user-centric designer thriving in fast-paced environments, embracing challenges with adaptability, resourcefulness, and innovation

• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
