UX Designer

📋 Description

• Design engaging and seamless user experiences, focusing on optimizing customer journeys for our B2B/B2C portal and mobile app.

• Contribute to the development of our app and improvement of our US-based website using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and React Native.

• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to refine user interaction and platform performance.

• Develop quick, visually impactful graphics to support digital initiatives as needed.

• Assist in creating and maintaining digital style guides to ensure consistency across platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in UX design, preferably within e-commerce (Shopify) or B2B/B2C environments.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and React Native, with a solid understanding of web and app design principles.

• A portfolio showcasing expertise in user journey mapping, A/B testing, and visual design.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work within project timelines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a user-focused approach.

• Experience working on Shopify websites.

• Graphic Design experience is a plus

• Availability to work Monday to Friday Pacific Time, weekends when needed
