UX Developer, Co-op/Intern

📋 Description

• Become a part of Nokia's User Experience Design and Development team to contribute to shaping the Nokia Design System (NDS)

• Develop React applications and code examples showcasing the utilization of React components

• Gain experience in integrating NDS components into real-world applications

• Utilize AI tools to facilitate the connection between design and code

• Enhance your understanding of front-end technologies and industry best practices

• Provide support to application development teams and collaborate with senior developers, testers, and UX designers

• Duration: 4 Months+ (Jan - Apr, 2026)

• Location: Virtual (Canada)

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound knowledge of JavaScript, React, and TypeScript

• Experience with AI coding tools such as WindSurf or Cursor

• Familiarity with automated testing tools like Cypress and JEST

• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork abilities

• Understanding of Linux, Node, and Git (preferred)

• Strong foundation in user-centered design principles (preferred)

• Previous exposure to collaborating with UX designers (preferred)
