• Developing new UI components for an innovative design system that will be utilized throughout the Dotdigital organization
• Collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, and other skilled teams
• Deploying code to production within the initial sprint
• Ensuring high quality at each phase of the development process
• Handling large datasets and maintaining a high level of efficiency
• Implementing AI tools in the Software Development Life Cycle when appropriate
• Minimum of one year of prior professional experience with CSS and Sass
• Proficient in current HTML standards
• Familiarity with Angular (including signals), React, or similar front-end frameworks and libraries
• Experience working in a Software Engineering team using git, PRs, scrum, agile, etc - preferably in a remote-first environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Desirable skills include previous exposure to Figma, knowledge of Storybook, familiarity with design systems and accessibility, and experience writing tests using Javascript testing frameworks (e.g. Jasmine, Jest, React testing library)
