• Familiarize yourself with our products and customer base
• Share feedback on your onboarding experience and pinpoint areas for improvement
• Establish connections with your team and across the organization
• Develop a foundational understanding of the problem domain

• Participate in research initiatives aimed at enhancing our design framework
• Collaborate with product teams to identify research requirements
• Execute primary (e.g., interviews, user testing, etc.) and secondary research (competitive analysis, literature review, etc.)
• Deliver presentations on your findings to product teams, management, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to translate research insights into product enhancements
• Demonstrated curiosity, a penchant for experimentation, and a passion for continuous learning
• Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate (BA/BS) or graduate (Masters'/PhD) program
• Residing in Ontario, ideally in the GTA or KW area (Toronto or Kitchener-Waterloo)
• Proficiency in primary and secondary research methodologies
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Capable of effectively documenting and presenting research findings
• Proficient in written and spoken English communication
