• Responsible for defining, designing and rolling out products

• Work with cross-functional feature teams to design unique experiences

• Experience with startups or within product teams

• Designing and rolling out design systems, or a want to do just this

• Helping define strategy and design decisions

• Assisting with ethnographic, face-to-face, user research and usability testing

• Mentoring less experienced designers within the team

• Using modern design tools, Figma
