• Assist in the development and upkeep of user journey maps, site maps, and content hierarchies to enhance overall experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to pinpoint areas for smoother user flows and decreased friction points.
• Conduct basic usability tests and feedback sessions to validate navigation, labeling, and content structure.
• Document insights in reports, diagrams, and presentations to highlight areas for enhancement.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure research outputs align with business goals.
• Help uphold UX standards, templates, and best practices for journey mapping and information architecture.
• Stay up-to-date on UX tools, trends, and methods, focusing on accessibility and inclusive design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Design, Communication, or related field; relevant practical experience also accepted.
• 2+ years of experience in UX, information architecture, or related field (including internships and academic projects).
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Basic knowledge of journey mapping, information architecture, and content strategy.
• Exposure to UX or design tools like Figma, Sketch, Lucidchart, or Miro.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear presentation of findings.
