• Anchour is seeking a talented UX Strategist to define and craft intuitive, content-driven digital experiences for our website and retainer clients.
• This position prioritizes user experience, structure, and functionality over visual/UI design.
• Lead wireframing and prototyping efforts in Figma to ensure our websites and platforms are clear, purposeful, and user-centric.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and copywriters to translate business objectives and audience needs into engaging experiences.
• A client-facing role focusing on systems thinking, problem-solving, and prototyping while supporting content planning as necessary.
• 2–4 years of UX strategy or design experience in an agency or fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
• Ability to design flows, interactions, and structures, not just screens.
• Familiarity with content planning and collaboration with content strategy teams.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills to lead workshops and guide clients through UX decisions.
