• We are seeking a UX Strategist at Think Company who can drive business success through data-driven strategies and user-centric digital experiences.

• This role is classified as Exempt under FLSA Status.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in UX design

• Demonstrated portfolio designing for complex systems across various platforms, including mobile

• Strong attention to detail and efficiency

• Proven ability to lead project workstreams and deliver results

• Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts to team members and clients

• Proficiency in UX tools like wireframes, prototypes, and flowcharts

• Experience with visual design systems or pattern libraries

• Knowledge of designing for accessibility

• Familiarity with evidence-based design processes

• Understanding of front-end development and technology

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Proficient in visual design principles and tools like Figma

• Experience in utilizing AI technologies to enhance user experiences
