• Seeking a talented UX/UI Design Lead to take charge of the complete product design and visual design procedures for our upcoming web and mobile platforms.
• As the UI/UX design lead, you will lead the design process and product design leadership, ranging from creating user flows and wireframes to constructing user interface mockups and prototypes.
• Utilize user-centric design principles to develop top-tier user experiences and achieve product objectives.
• As a seasoned designer, you will collaborate with the design team, set design quality standards, provide valuable feedback to colleagues, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to efficiently launch features.
• Responsible for managing and executing complete design projects that provide an intuitive user experience for blockchain and web3 products.
• Work in conjunction with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Employ various research methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies to collect qualitative and quantitative data.
• Develop user-centered design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that cater to user needs and align with business objectives.
• Maintain consistent and high-quality design systems that comply with style guides and brand identity standards.
• Lead and guide junior designers, assisting in the establishment of best practices through constructive feedback and documentation.
• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 2+ years of experience leading product design and visual design teams.
• Hold at least 5+ years of experience in product design, encompassing research, prototyping, and implementing user-facing applications.
• Proficient in modern design tools like Figma, Framer, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in user research methods and tools, including interviews, surveys, usability testing software, and analytics platforms.
• Exhibit excellent product and interaction design abilities, with a compelling portfolio demonstrating independent project ownership and high-quality execution.
• Possess strong communication skills, capable of clearly explaining design decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Familiarity with blockchain and web3 products.
