• Responsible for UX and UI design of our AI products, such as agent interfaces, model interaction flows, and developer-facing tools
• Simplify complex AI capabilities into user-friendly experiences, ensuring ease of use
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid prototyping to validate design choices
• Establish and maintain a scalable design system for web and product interfaces
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to bring designs from concept to production
• Utilize AI design tools as part of your daily workflow, contributing to product strategy and identifying UX enhancements
• 2–6 years of experience in product design (UX + UI) with a strong portfolio
• Demonstrated experience in designing AI-native products, such as chatbots, agent interfaces, and prompt-driven UIs
• Proficient in AI tools to enhance design workflow and possess strong systems thinking abilities
• Proficiency in Figma is required, familiarity with prototyping tools is a bonus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first, async environment
