UX/UI Designer – IV

📋 Description

• Take the lead on UX projects and drive the overall UX strategy

• Implement experience design (XD) processes and collaborate closely with product management and engineering to define and execute innovative solutions aligned with the product's visual and experiential direction

• Manage all stages of visual design, from concept creation to engineering design reviews

• Generate original ideas that simplify complex design challenges and enhance user-friendliness

• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate design and interaction concepts

• Defend design decisions and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive stakeholders

• Engage in user research and assess user feedback to drive design enhancements

• Contribute to design guidelines, best practices, and standards

• Collaborate with Senior Designers to create compelling design concepts that shape the product roadmap

• Translate design strategies into product features and user stories in alignment with the broader product vision

• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to inform design strategy

• Perform thorough customer/user research to gather and interpret insights for design decisions

• Collect, analyze, and report on user feedback to identify trends and opportunities for design optimization

• Develop user journey maps and personas to understand user needs and guide product design

• Design user interactions, including layout, element placement, and product flow for the team's product areas

• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for interface visualization and testing

• Conduct usability testing and gather customer feedback for iterative design improvements throughout the product release cycle

• Work in an agile environment to integrate design across the product development lifecycle and ensure consistency with design standards

⛳️ Requirements

• BS/MS in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field

• 10+ years of UX/UI design experience across desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills

• Excellent visual design skills with a focus on user-system interaction

• Proficiency in wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows

• Ability to confidently present and advocate for design decisions

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, etc.

• Understanding of motion design principles for interactive experiences

• Familiarity with Design Thinking methodology and its application

• Creative problem-solving skills and effective execution

• Knowledge of latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

• General understanding of front-end development processes, including HTML and CSS

• Fluent in English and ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones
