• Conduct user research to identify target user groups and understand their functional, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to design software solutions that address real customer needs
• Utilize industry best practices and user testing methods for UX/UI Design Discovery
• Create design artifacts such as wireframes, UI designs, and interactive mock-ups for product features and user interfaces
• Review designs with software engineering teams and provide UI specifications and testing
• Incorporate user research into product vision, strategy, and development
• Act as an expert on user personas, behaviors, motivations, and goals for product leadership
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design with a focus on software products
• Experience leading design projects, user research, and workshops
• Ability to analyze complex data and information to enhance user experiences
• Knowledge of human-centered design, IDEO design thinking, and agile software development practices
• Experience in Compliance, Risk, or Legal industries is a plus
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning is a plus
