UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

• As a UX/UI Designer at Brightscout, you will be instrumental in shaping visually stunning and highly functional interfaces for our diverse digital projects.

• Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.

• Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.

• Utilize design thinking methodologies to empathize with users, define pain points, ideate solutions, and create interactive prototypes.

• Define MVP in collaboration with clients and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with core business objectives.

• Accurately interpret requirements and translate them into design concepts that balance user needs and project goals.

• Test and validate designs using analytics and user feedback to continuously refine and optimize user experience.

• Design user interfaces that ensure a seamless experience across all platforms.

• Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications.

• Develop visual elements such as icons, graphics, and animations that enhance the interface.

• Ensure design consistency and coherence across multiple projects while adhering to brand guidelines.

• Work in tandem with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement design solutions effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• +5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in an agency setting.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating both user-centered and visually appealing design approaches.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Figjam, Adobe Creative Suite.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationales to team members and clients.

• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends.

• Openness to constructive criticism and ability to iteratively improve designs based on feedback.
