UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

• Participation in two projects starting from scratch: a tool for handling administrative processes and an eCommerce platform for the automotive industry

• Designing simple and intuitive solutions despite complexity

• Close collaboration with Product Owners, developers, and analysts

• Leading topics independently and delivering a meaningful, well-thought-out design

• Team collaboration and initiative

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in UX/UI/Product Design

• Very good knowledge of Figma

• Understanding of design principles for accessible solutions (WCAG AA)

• Ability to work within complex systems (e.g., self-service, application handling)

• Familiarity with usability testing tools and conducting user research

• Experience in projects for the public sector and ecommerce

• Independence, but also openness to collaboration

• Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication (B2/C1)

• (Nice to have) Experience in creating or evolving a Design System

• (Nice to have) Experience in designing solutions for various platforms (web, iOS, Android)
