• Conduct regular creative sessions to foster a culture of learning among team members, focusing on enhancing user experience and creative interfaces.
• Develop user-centered designs by analyzing market trends, data, customer feedback, user research, and technical possibilities.
• Efficiently create user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to visualize new product ideas.
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends to integrate relevant features into the design process.
• Coordinate user interviews, recruit participants, conduct research, and analyze customer feedback for UX improvements.
• Perform UX audits and tests to enhance existing designs and optimize user experience regularly.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Effectively communicate complex design concepts to various stakeholders within the organization.
• Evaluate design performance based on conversion rates and user heat maps.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX, UI, or related fields, with a focus on designing SaaS and internal tools (mandatory)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Figma as a primary design tool
• Experience with interactive prototyping tools
• Demonstrated excellence in design and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Understanding of digital business and product-driven settings
• Familiarity with scalable design systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers to implement design requirements
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Framer for marketing landing pages
• Knowledge of user testing and research platforms like Maze
• Experience with AI-powered tools, including AI-assisted workflows
