• 1 to 3 years of experience in designing complex digital applications, with a preference for enterprise-level expertise.
• Proficiency in conducting user research, analyzing data, and generating supporting UX documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to translate abstract requirements into user workflows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI development requirements that enhance user experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, iterative product development environment.
• Portfolio showcasing web and enterprise projects with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with style guides, common component libraries, and Sketch libraries.
• Expertise in UX tools like Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InVision, Inspect, and Zeplin.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with global product teams.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, testing methodologies, best practices, usability principles, interaction design, and accessibility considerations.
