• Evaluate and address discrepancies between the current design system and the requirements of the Application Security product; suggest and develop new components, patterns, and variations.
• Create and manage comprehensive Figma libraries specifically tailored for security-focused scenarios.
• Produce refined, detailed designs that adhere to brand, accessibility, and usability criteria.
• Collaborate closely with UX leaders, engineers, and product managers to ensure design feasibility and consistency across various applications.
• Establish and outline standards, design reasoning, and usage instructions to facilitate scalability among global teams.
• Maintain a balance between efficiency and quality by generating deliberate, high-quality design outcomes within project timelines.
• Minimum 7-10 years of UX design expertise, with a strong focus on UI/visual design and design systems
• Demonstrated track record of constructing, expanding, or managing Figma component libraries
• Proficiency in Figma and collaborative/prototyping tools
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines effectively
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills; proficiency in English essential for a global team setting
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a knack for documenting and scaling design practices
• Preferred experience in designing for enterprise SaaS or security tools
• Familiarity with Application Security workflows
