UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

• The UX/UI Designer Contractor will support the Web and SEO teams in enhancing user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across client websites.

• This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior, site structure, and design best practices, going beyond simple content rearrangement for SEO.

• The designer will play a key role in analyzing existing websites, identifying UX improvements that align with SEO opportunities, and advising on landing page design and full-site optimization strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating successful website optimizations and CRO improvements.

• Strong background in user experience research, usability testing, and behavior analysis.

• Experience using heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics tools to drive design decisions.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.

• Familiarity with SEO principles and how UX impacts search rankings and conversions.

• Ability to work independently, providing strategic insights and design recommendations to improve site performance.

• Experience working with SEO teams to align UX improvements with search performance goals.

• Knowledge of CRO tools like Google Optimize, Hotjar, or A/B testing platforms.

• Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify site structures.

• Ability to train and mentor designers on best practices in UX/UI.
