UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

•Lone Wolf Technologies, a global leader in real estate technology, is on the lookout for a UX/UI Designer that’s eager to conceptualize UI solutions that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges.

•As part of our "new generation" product team under the direction of the UX Director and reporting to UX Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional user experiences across our suite of web applications intended for real estate brokers, agents, and organizations.

🎯 Requirements

•3 – 6 years UX/UI design experience

•A clear portfolio demonstrating past work and relevant, real-world experience.

•Portfolio should demonstrate UX/UI design skills, and the candidate should be prepared to discuss how they have applied UI best practices and industry standards to their work.

•A thorough understanding of design systems, how to work with them, and how they shape UX/UI design for enterprise-level applications. The UX team at Lone Wolf works with an established design system. We require candidates to be aware of how these will influence and guide design decisions and be ready to apply them.

•Familiarity with responsive web design.

•Experience using designer tools such as Figma, Whimsical, or similar

•Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently while also considering technical constraints and user feedback.
