UX/UI Designer

• Mediafly holds the position as the premier revenue enablement platform.

• Our comprehensive range of solutions crafts engaging buyer journeys.

• We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to spearhead user experiences for our Lightning Web Components (LWC), internal Salesforce tools, and customer-facing portals.

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to develop intuitive, accessible, and captivating experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 3+ years of UI/UX design expertise for SaaS or enterprise platforms.

• Previous experience in designing within the Salesforce ecosystem is preferred.

• Capable of designing for a diverse range of personas, from Salesforce power users to external customers.

• Proficient in Figma and contemporary design tools.

• Showcase a strong portfolio highlighting design thinking, interaction design, and accessibility best practices.

• Comfortable working in agile teams and adept at balancing user needs with business objectives.

• Familiarity with video, learning, or coaching platforms is a plus.

• Exposure to AI-driven experiences or conversational interfaces is beneficial.

• Experience with tools like Jira, Productboard, and Confluence is advantageous.

• Must be located in Poland.
